The Punishers LE MC maintains a member’s Emergency Fund. Our worldwide Punishers Nation flag reflects the fund's importance, with nine black and 11 white stripes.

The Fund aims to assist members and their legal dependents with emergencies causing financial hardship due to things beyond their control.

An emergency is an unforeseen circumstance that calls for immediate action and an urgent need for assistance or relief.

Situations such as loss of primary residences to fires or natural disasters, unexpected medical expenses that exceed insurance provisions resulting in economic hardship, severe illness, and injury, death of a member, and death of a legal dependent.

The fund is maintained through the support of our membership and other donations.

The 911 Fund is a registered 501c7 corporation.

Donate to 31st Chapter

The 31st Chapter is the Punishers LE MC’s in-memoriam* chapter for our Fallen Brothers. It exists to meet the needs of families who have lost a full patched member or Prospect in good standing.

The 31st Chapter was created by the Punishers LE MC upon losing our first Brother, Roger “Wholelotta” Morgan. In 2013 when he passed away, there were only 30-chapters in the Punishers LE MC. The 31st Chapter was established so that Members or Prospects that pass away may be transferred to this chapter and forever continue their membership.

And all Punishers worldwide wear a small square ‘31 Remember’ patch on the front of our cuts in-memoriam of all our Fallen Brothers.

* A Latin phrase equivalent to "in memory (of)"
