Eligibility for Returns

Some items may or may not be returned. Some items are ordered from a third party company. Item would have to comply with the company policy. If the item is not returned within the proper timeframe of delivery, we may or may not be able to help. If the item is a challenge coin it can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Process for Returns

To initiate a return, contact us at dbplemc@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item you'd like to return.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange. Most items do not qualify for exchanges do to the third part company. If they offer exchanges we will be happy to help.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
